I have been an Executive Coach for over 12 years, working with hundreds of people to develop their leadership skills, get the best out of their teams and grow their talent, align their career ambitions with their family aspirations and build confidence and gravitas.
I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and thrive with kindness, grace and focus.
My Approach
My executive coaching approach, honed through a diverse background and varied career over 20+ years in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors is personalised to each client to build on their unique strengths and experiences.
I combine assessments, exercises, and one-on-one coaching techniques to help my clients identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.
